Returns Policy
We are happy to refund items which are unused and still in a fully resalable condition within 14 days of arrival. All items which can be used orally such as Clearomisers, Drip Tips, Eliquids are non returnable understandably due to hygiene and health and safety reasons.
When returning any item we recommend using a recorded or signed for delivery method. Return postage costs are your responsibility and non-refundable, unless the item is deemed faulty. Unwanted goods must be returned in a fully resaleable condition. We reserve the right to refuse an exchange or refund if goods are not returned in a saleable condition or are damaged.
All returns must be authorised and returned with an authorisation number. It is important that you contact us first prior to returning an item to receive the authorisation number.
In all cases we reserve the right to inspect the product and verify it is in a resalable condition.

VAPE REWARDS POINTS are valid for 1 year.* Any points earned but not used within this time-frame will be removed from your account. But not to worry if you forget to spend your points we will send you a quick email reminder 5 days before.
If you forget or you simply need to extend this time to keep the points - no problem, not to worry, if your points have expired on any date now or in the future, simply drop us line, we will quickly re-instate them

The 2 ohm coils work well in the iSub or iSub G tanks if you are not into sub-ohming but want decent tank volumes. The 2 ohm 5 pack includes a spare delrin drip tip so you do not have to use the wide tip on the G tank. The coils fire up quickly and produce lots of vapour, no spitting evident. Coil changeout very easy and quite clean process. Having the 510 connection on the coil is a good design feature also. Cannot comment on longevity yet as tanks only on their 3rd fills, but flavours holding up well.

These .2 ohm coils are really good! They work well inside of my iSub G, and the coil swap system is super easy and convenient, I’ve never seen a coil system like it. Very innovative design my innokin. Produces a lot of vapour and flavour, and overall a very nice experience

Simplest coil system I’ve come across in 2 1/2 years of vaping. Very effective and work well with 100% VG e-liquid in iSub tanks.
Good flavour and more than enough vapour (too much really!).
Not sure they last as long as some people say (eg couple of weeks) as the flavour diminishes after three to four days of continuous use. However, on inspecting the coils of a discarded 4 day old atomiser, the cotton showed no signs of damage (burning) and the coil itself was in good condition – maybe they can last longer!
