Returns Policy
We are happy to refund items which are unused and still in a fully resalable condition within 14 days of arrival. All items which can be used orally such as Clearomisers, Drip Tips, Eliquids are non returnable understandably due to hygiene and health and safety reasons.
When returning any item we recommend using a recorded or signed for delivery method. Return postage costs are your responsibility and non-refundable, unless the item is deemed faulty. Unwanted goods must be returned in a fully resaleable condition. We reserve the right to refuse an exchange or refund if goods are not returned in a saleable condition or are damaged.
All returns must be authorised and returned with an authorisation number. It is important that you contact us first prior to returning an item to receive the authorisation number.

I bought this some time ago as it was on sale (box of 3). The box is delightful, but there the positive note ends. Initially (first few puffs) I thought this tasted good, however, a few hours later I decided it was not. I think a good analogy would be reminiscent of ‘Toilet Duck’! Fortunately I had only used it in one of my less expensive vape pens and this I had to throw away; I changed the coil firstly and added a different liquid but still couldn’t get rid of the all pervading taste of this awful juice! So had t eventual bin a perfectly good vape pen!

Could be due to high Max VG80% Eliquid used with a vape pen – not sufficient power from a Vape Pen to vaporize the thicker eliquid
