How to Use a Longfill + Nicotine Booster Kit
Begin by removing the caps from all four 10ml nicotine booster bottles, as well as the cap from your Longfill bottle. Set all five caps aside safely.
To use, place the nib of the 10ml booster securely over the Longfill nozzle. Hold the Longfill bottle upright and position the booster bottle upside down. Gently squeeze and release the Longfill bottle—this creates a vacuum that draws the nicotine liquid into the Longfill.
Repeat this process until all four 10ml booster bottles have been emptied into the Longfill. While this method may take slightly longer than removing the nibs and pouring manually, it provides a much cleaner and more controlled experience.
Quick Step Guide
- Remove caps from all bottles (4 boosters + 1 Longfill)
- Attach the booster nib onto the Longfill nozzle
- Hold Longfill upright and booster upside down
- Gently squeeze and release the Longfill bottle
- Allow the liquid to transfer via vacuum
- Repeat for all 4 boosters
- Replace the Longfill cap and shake well

Returns Policy
We are happy to refund items which are unused and still in a fully resalable condition within 14 days of arrival. All items which can be used orally such as Clearomisers, Drip Tips, Eliquids are non returnable understandably due to hygiene and health and safety reasons.
When returning any item we recommend using a recorded or signed for delivery method. Return postage costs are your responsibility and non-refundable, unless the item is deemed faulty. Unwanted goods must be returned in a fully resaleable condition. We reserve the right to refuse an exchange or refund if goods are not returned in a saleable condition or are damaged.
All returns must be authorised and returned with an authorisation number. It is important that you contact us first prior to returning an item to receive the authorisation number.
In all cases we reserve the right to inspect the product and verify it is in a resalable condition.

How long are Vape Reward Points valid for?
VAPE REWARDS POINTS are valid for 1 year.* Any points earned but not used within this time-frame will be removed from your account. But not to worry if you forget to spend your points we will send you a quick email reminder 5 days before.
If you forget or you simply need to extend this time to keep the points - no problem, not to worry, if your points have expired on any date now or in the future, simply drop us line, we will quickly re-instate them
