Help is on its way though, in the shape of Cavendish from our premium Naturally Extracted Tobacco e-liquid range. The classic taste of Cavendish tobacco, a long-time favourite with pipe smokers.
We specialise in tobacco flavours and donāt compromise on quality. All our vape e-liquids are based on real extracts obtained from selected tobacco leaves. For Cavendish, it begins with dark ripe Virginia tobacco, which is treated to a centuries-old curing process, precisely primed, oak barrel-cured, and steamed to brilliant intensity. This creates sugars in the leaf and develops the characteristic sweet, robust flavour of a Cavendish blend. Finally the leaves are steeped, before the cold extraction process collects the concentrated pure flavour essence.

Returns Policy
We are happy to refund items which are unused and still in a fully resalable condition within 14 days of arrival. All items which can be used orally such as Clearomisers, Drip Tips, Eliquids are non returnable understandably due to hygiene and health and safety reasons.
When returning any item we recommend using a recorded or signed for delivery method. Return postage costs are your responsibility and non-refundable, unless the item is deemed faulty. Unwanted goods must be returned in a fully resaleable condition. We reserve the right to refuse an exchange or refund if goods are not returned in a saleable condition or are damaged.
All returns must be authorised and returned with an authorisation number. It is important that you contact us first prior to returning an item to receive the authorisation number.
In all cases we reserve the right to inspect the product and verify it is in a resalable condition.

How long are Vape Reward Points valid for?
VAPE REWARDS POINTS are valid for 1 year.* Any points earned but not used within this time-frame will be removed from your account. But not to worry if you forget to spend your points we will send you a quick email reminder 5 days before.
If you forget or you simply need to extend this time to keep the points - no problem, not to worry, if your points have expired on any date now or in the future, simply drop us line, we will quickly re-instate them
